The Mortgage ReArranger offers document solutions so MainStreet American families like yours can obtain all encompassing hardship resolutions with their lender.  The fact of the matter is there is no magic involved in today’s workout plans.  It takes work, dedication and a clear understanding of what is and is not possible.

The Mortgage ReArranger’s team of professionals use the same guidelines and software that industry giants Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, The FDIC, and most major lenders use.  Our dedicated technology experts work day and night keeping up with current market trends and are positioned to adapt to securing our client’s best interest. Adapting to our client’s needs means that we need to understand an ever changing landscape of market conditions, guideline changes, new program details,  and the atmosphere in which the lenders operate. No Up-Front Fees

NHC will not bring a client onboard unless we can determine that the client will meet current lender and/or Government guidelines. It is for this reason that we spend the time up-front doing our due-diligence. NHC also goes out of pocket in advance for our clients by ordering a comprehensive set of analysis, an AVM through Freddie Mac’s Home Value Explorer to determine an accurate market value, and a RESPA Violations Report. The Mortgage ReArranger proves it’s commitment by taking this leap of faith for each and every client that we determine fits lender guidelines. Clients will not find this level of service or commitment anywhere else in the industry. Clients can rest easy knowing that the Mortgage ReArranger will only charge a fee once all work on our end has been completed.

We use intelligence to homeowners obtain approvals.  We understand that there is no negotiation of terms for a work-out solution approval.  In order to obtain an acceptable outcome comprehensive information must be submited to the lender. Analytics have to be extremely accurate, and they are. We have produced an all-inclusive collection of reports, analysis, and market evaluations in order to produce client specific results.

It is important to note that only a small percentage of clients that have applied to lenders for a solution on their own have been approved. 

Why?  Consider what the lender asks of the client up-front; a hardship letter, income information, and expenses detailed.  This is a small fraction of what is included in our lender submission and only a portion of the work.

The Mortgage ReArranger utilizes an entire network of professionals and resources both in-house and contracted. It is through this network that we prepare and deliver client and market specific solutions to the lenders. This takes any guesswork out of the lenders hands, and gives them black and white information that cannot be disputed.
